Elizabeth Peabody House- led Executive Director Search for 120-year-old settlement house that provides child care, after-school programming, summer camp, and other services to a largely low-income and immigration community in Somerville, MA.
Safe Passage- Working with Search Committee, led successful search for an Executive Director for Safe Passage, an educational program serving children whose families work scavenging materials at the Guatemala City garbage dump. In order to build broad support and better understanding of organizational needs, interviewed 25 staff in Guatemala and Maine offices.
